This BEACH FRONT, three bedroom end unit is in one of Panama City’s Finest Resorts, LONG BEACH.  Our unit has gorgeous wall-to-wall Gulf and Beach views from every room with floor to ceiling windows.  Relax in our spacious 3 Bedroom/ 3 garden tub bathroom, third floor paradise in Tower 3. 

Each bedroom has its own fantastic views of the beach and lagoon pool and its own access to the balcony.  The living room and dining room open onto a 270 square foot terrace along with two of the master bedrooms. One master has one king bed and the other has two queen beds. The third master bedroom has two queen beds and its own kitchen area with a small refrigerator, sink and microwave along with a private terrace overlooking the lagoon pool. All of this is looking out over 1300 feet of private, white-sand beaches.

This condo is first class luxury and offers three pools and three hot tub whirlpool spas, including a large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with island waterfall, and two Polynesian pools.

You can dine inside at the table that seats 8 with 3 at the bar across from the fully furnished kitchen, eat at “The Hangout” bar & grill next to the lagoon pool, walk over to Pineapple Willy’s just down the beach or drive down the street to Pier Park and try out Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Bootleg Barbecue, Guglielmo’s Italian Grill, Guy Harvey’s Island Grill, RedBrick Pizza, Hofbrau Beer Garden, or Reggae J’s Island Grill. You might check out the celebrities at Tootsies Orchid Lounge. There are many more places to choose from and lots of places to shop.

Other amenities include FREE High Speed Wireless Internet, FREE Cable, TVs in each bedroom, a TV/ DVD/VCR in the living room, and a DVD and VCR movie library. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, pets are NOT allowed, and the renter MUST be 25 years of age or older. This is a 24 hour gated security complex with plenty of free parking. It is within walking distance to Super Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and lots of shopping.
